Investigate direct payments #18

Many people are worried about centralized payments. Something to investigate is direct payments, where money goes from customer directly to developer. Right now this is easy to do with Stripe and shouldn't be difficult with PayPal.

What needs to be investigated:

Difficulty of setting up accounts for each service
Monetization (where do we bill the developer fee)
Support (who handles chargebacks?)
Pairing it with centralization (developer only decentralizes one account, for example)
