User related policies are using populateAll() #3

Both profileCommonTemplate.ts and socketUser.ts are using populateAll(), which is very slow. I'll need to tweak the code considerably to make things better however but doing so will see great performance gains inside the user dashboard.

profileCommonTemplate was exterminated some time ago but socketUser still needs to be fixed. This will be difficult to take care of due to how Sails handles routes. Moved to Bismuth for the time being.
