WIP: Upgrade dependencies. #132

Multiple dependencies update:

Qt 6.7, have to check that everything is ok. We can discuss this on Discord.
libloot changed the layout of the archive so this requires some changes.
I wanted to update Python to 3.12 but with the current setup, it would require lzma and sqlite3, so staying with latest 3.11.

Typically Python has their own dependencies available to build against, I can take a look later. We do this for a couple of the optional pyc libraries.
