Filter Option: Show all Mods that are inactive in All Profiles #1576

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sorting out and removing outdated and unused mods.

Describe the solution you'd like Show any and all mods that are not active in any profile. I think anyone with more than two profiles would benefit from this after say, a year or more. "old mod bloat' can be a real problem. Pulling the active mod modlists and filtering with excel is a total pain.

This could probably be achieved with a python plugin
