Closing MO with a filter enabled affects separator state

The problem:

If MO is closed with a filter enabled, when re-opened all separators will be collapsed except those which were visible and expanded with the filter. I believe all filter- and separator- related settings are at default except "Profile-specific collapse states for separators" which I have enabled. But the issue occurs if it is disabled as well. "Remember selected filters after restarting MO" in particular is disabled.

To Reproduce:

1. Expand all separators.
2. Apply a filter.
3. Close MO without clearing filter.
4. Open MO.

Environment:

• Mod Organizer Version that exhibits the issue: 2.4.2
• Last Mod Organizer Version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable): N/A
• Desktop OS/version used to run Mod Organizer: Windows 10 Pro Version: 21H1 Build: 19043.1348

Because I kept closing MO with a text filter active, I decided to enable "Remember selected filters after restarting MO" to avoid this. Unfortunately, the text filter isn't remembered so the result is the same. In case it's not clear, by text filter I mean the 'Filter' text-entry box.

This is probably related so I don't know if I should open a new report.
