Cannot Launch Fullscreen FO4 #1715

I am fairly confident the issue is on MO2's end but I am just not educated enough to know for sure. I can get fullscreen to launch thru regular means (launching thru Steam). I tried with the MO2 launcher without any mods whatsoever, not even using F4SE, and it still will only do windowed in the top left corner. Not even a good version of windowed where I can edit the size of the box. I have messed with the pref.inis and the windowed/borderless options. In fact, originally I couldn't get the vanilla launcher to go fullscreen, either, but upon deleting the pref.inis, all is well there. It is just launching via MO2, which I need to do to use F4SE. I am not super tech savy so not sure if I have given all the adequate information. I will eagerly be awaiting further questions. I assume this won't be a known issue since I scanned thru every single open and closed thread (I do mean quick scanned....there are so many threads haha) and I don't think I saw anyone asking about this.

What .ini files are you modifying? This looks like bad INI in your MO2 profile. Try with a clean profile with default INI to see if that solves the issue.

If you have an FPS limiter or some sort of display tweak that utilizes DirectX installed, try removing it.
