I try to start SKSE with MO2 and it has been working great this far, but when i tried to start it again it showed the message when loading but instead of skyrim starting the loading message dissapeared and the game never started. I have both of them on administrator mode. I also checked my anti virus and exeptions. I could not fint a fix

I'm having the exact same issue. It was running fine before but now I can't get MO2 to run SKSE64 loader. I've been scouring the internet and I did the same thing, ran everything on administrator mode, check my anti-virus and exceptions.. the game runs fine if I run it without MO2. I'm stuck also. Guess I'm moving back to Vortex.. shame because I wanted to give MO2 a try.

I was just looking for answers and saw this, I'm having this exact problem. I've been trying to get help on the discord you can get from Wabbajack after installing the SMET. I have excluded MO2 from my anti-virus, and have done pretty much everything that has been suggested. I have no other mods but the ones from SMET and the mods needed for the Pi-Cho ENB including everything needed to run ENB. When I click "run" with SKSE chosen it says "Preparing VFS" for a quick second, then I see the window where it says that MO is locked so it can run Skyrim, but that only shows up for a second as well, and Skyrim doesn't open. Please someone help with a fix for me and these other people. I am also new to modding Skyrim, which is why I'm 27 days after this post lol.

If you're having such issue, the best option is to drop by the MO2 Discord. These issues look very much like INI issue, so the best option would be to try with a clean profile with default INI.
