Viva New Vegas isn't launching after Windows 11 updates

Windows 11's most recent updates (as of Oct. 2022) have caused the game to not open via the launcher on ModOrganizer; the application window rapidly pops up and shuts down. No matter how many times I attempt to open it, the game will not start. Uninstalling and reinstalling the mods and ModOrganizer hasn't worked, nor has uninstalling and reinstalling Steam. At least one other person has reported the same issue on the Discord channel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, guys. I'm sure I'm not the only one having this issue.
