Sort of. When running FOMOD Installers in MO2, the installation process does not retain settings selected, so everything needs to be reselected again. Some FOMODs have multiple dense pages of selections i.e. compatibility patches that need to be tweaked often, so it is an inconvenience to reselect everything on re-install. BAIN Installers seem to retain options selected on re-install.
Describe the solution you'd like
Retain the previous selections of installables, or store a set of selections as a profile.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Just redo the installer each time and track the selections in Notepad
