Skyrim se crashes playying licentia toys Skyrim se and the game keeps crashing every 15 to 30 minutes. i s their a way to stop this do I need to install a mod or use a utility program.

Right click on the log window at the bottom of MO2, set log level to debug, restart Mo2 and reproduce the problem. To access the log files you can press the Open folder icon over the modlist and select "Open MO2 Logs folder".

This provides little to none of the requested information and is not an issue with the Mod Organizer Tool. But likely with your Modding Setup / Load Order, Refer to Nexus Mods Forums Or Nexus Mods Discord, Youtube Videos and elsewhere for your solution.

Licentia is a Wabbajack modlist, you should seek support on their discord server, or check their troubleshooting document here. This most likely has nothing to do with MO2 specifically.
