Mod Sorting is incorrect in Ukrainian #2016

The problem:

Mod sorting does not saved after refresh or restart MO

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select Ukrainian language
  2. Add category or mod
  3. Do your sorting
  4. Refresh or restart MO
