[Oblivion] Issue with the filename of an .esp with localized characters ('ñ' latin character) #2019

The problem:

I'm using MO2 2.5.0 for Oblivion, charged with a lot of mods I used with old MO2 version (I had to reinstall everything because of repair) and I found that MO2 can not run correctly mods with localized characters in the filename, or at least, with 'ñ' latin character. I reported this in Discord, but I prefer to report it here too. I don't know if this could happen in another Beth game like Fallouts or Skyrim (I understand that Morrowind is unavoidable in this case).

This is a different behaviour as in the previous versions.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Try to use any mod file and put 'ñ' in the filename. Sample of filename (without quotes): "TES4 Oblivion Deluxe Edition Español.esp"
  2. Run Oblivion

Environment:

Details:

I added a picture. You can see the name of the .esp in Plugins section and the error reproduced in Log tab. After you try to run Oblivion, which runs, but without the plugin enabled, the plugin is unchecked after returning.
