MO2 sometimes crashes on startup after it says login successful. If it does launch there are sometimes crashes after isntalling a mod, sometimes CRC Errors when installing mods and sometimes fails to load esp info stating "resource deadlock would occur"

Launch MO2 Normally
It says Login Successful

Environment:
Mod Organizer Version that exhibits the issue: v2.5.1rc2
Last Mod Organizer Version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable):
Desktop OS/version used to run Mod Organizer: latest Windows 11

Sometimes when launching MO2 it crashes right after saying that the login was succesful.
When installing mods there is sometimes a CRC error that makes me have to install the mod manually through dragging the files into the mod itself (it then works).
Sometimes a popup says something about failing to load esp info stating: "resource deadlock would occur".
Sometimes MO2 just crashes after successfully installing a mod.
This all coincides with Nemesis Behavior Engine failing to update engine multiple times after which i have to keep trying to update the engine and then it works.
