FO4[GOG]+F4SE+ENB issue #2055

The problem: Launching f4se_loader.exe trough MO2 while any ENB base files are in game directory causes game to freeze on load with black screen. While using f4se_loader.exe outside MO2 would launch game normally and ENB would load close to instantly having both F4se and ENB (+ any random templates)working.

Have tried on clean inis/profile/no mods to make sure it is issue between the 3 and no mod or faulty/legacy profile.

MO2+F4SE+mods (including any and all FSE based mods) work normally otherwise MO2+ENB+mods work normally otherwise. F4SE+ENB work normally otherwise

MO2+F4SE+ENB (no mods, clear profile, new game)=infinite black screen on load - sometimes ENB text comes on screen, sometimes does not.

Overlays of any form (Nvidia etc) were disabled during tests. Discord and other apps were closed during tests.

Found during additional tests a small mishaps done during tests, where F4SE related plugin was also loaded instead FSE alone. Not MO2 issue, but FSE plugin issue.
