Starfield Saves Info Window: Error messages, confused characters or MO2 CTD #2059

The problem:

Concerns Starfield Save Files Info Window. Error messages, confused characters and MO2 CTDS

Environment:

Details:

Concerns Starfield Saves. Error messages, confused characters and MO2 CTDS

When I select the Saves tab, the info window of the saves shows me the following:

  1. many confused characters

https://up.picr.de/48269975nh.jpg

or

  1. error message: unexpected End of File

https://up.picr.de/48269849js.jpg

or in the worst case, hovering over the save file with the mouse pointer leads directly to a CTD.

These issues depend on the save file I hover over with the mouse pointer.

At first I thought the mods were causing this, until I found out that this bug occurs as soon as a mod contains an .esm and the .esm is present in the load order.

I have the following Starfield mods from Nexus installed: Mission Control, Summoning of Ship, More Visualized Docking, More Dramatic Grav Jumps, Helpful Activity Objectives

If I have only installed the Starfield Community Patch, the problem does not occur.

If you are playing latest Starfield, you should try with the dev-build that can be found on Discord because the latest Starfield updates made many modifications to the game.

Ah, ok. Just tested it with 2.5.2dev5. Bug fixed. Thank you very much. And I spent all day yesterday trying to figure out what the problem was. Thought all saves were broken at first. Too bad the latest versions are not hosted here.

I hate Discord, too colorful, too kitchy, too confusing and information gets lost, unlike a good forum where you can easily find older information.
