Suggestion: Add a column for uploader's name #2065

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hey i think it would be cool if there could be a column that could show the mod author's name that uploaded the mod to nexus. It would help a quality of life thing to help with organizing. It's useful for: 1) Sometime it's useful to know if it's the original author or a conversion (which the uploader's name would tell if it sounds familiar to me). 2) Sometime i just want what are all the mods by one author that i have. For curiosity or allow me to be grateful to them. 3) Every mod author have their own style and philosophy of modding. For example i can recognize a mod author that is known to have certain quirks in their mods, or have shown frequent issues in the past. 4) Some mods from the same author are meant to be used as a "family" so it can help to know what i have by them.

Describe the solution you'd like 1) A way for MO2 to automatically get the uploader's name from the nexus mod. (Every nexus mods are tied to a nexus profile. ) 2) In the main interface a column (such as the existing columns of mod name, priority, etc) that could show the mod author's name that uploaded the mod to nexus.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have taken the habit of adding the author's name in the title or "notes" of the mod, but it takes some labor, i may forget some, and it's not sortable.

I'd advocate for this feature as well, but MO currently doesn't save author information in meta.ini (but I think it could).

I'm pretty sure #1550 is a duplicate of an even older issue as I think I opened one for this when I was playing Fallout 4 back when Tannin was still project lead.
