Add support for game Into The Radius (1.0/2.0) and Into The Radius 2

Provide additional details regarding the game that could be required for the plugin. Both games are requested here due to their near identical file structure

Current Vortex Support https://github.com/Merith-TK/game-intotheradius/ Intended Mod Package https://github.com/Merith-TK/game-intotheradius-mod/ Currently existing FoMod installers are broken with the updated extension, hence it not yet being released until i can get in contact with those mod devs (fomods expect to be in the PakDir currently, this is not intended)
