[Enhancement] Auto Useless files removal during install #415

The problem

Adding an option to automatically remove useless files (readmes, docs and all .txt, .png etc, some modders by mistaken even include the Dynamic Link Library (Thumbs.dll) used by Windows and other programs for thumbnails and others include their meta.in file from MO) while installing similar to how Nexus Mod Manager.

bump ? this would prevent some random conflitcts like the one mentioned "thumbs.dll"
