Desc simplify shared dict

This PR will fix a number of issues when finished:

for MIDI devices, expansion by groupType not working properly
midi responders for groupTypes not being built properly - #332, #331, #329, #326
and GUIs were not showing some elements (they had size 0@0)

The changes are:

Tested with many of my midi devices, and they all seem fully usable now!
