Feature request: A tutorial on styling #394

Hi!

One thing I find a bit under-documented at the moment is how to use the style parameter in an mktl element to create a nice gui layout. I cannot find any current documentation in the help system for the use of that parameter, and I think it is quite important for making new MKtlDescriptions that look and feel nice.
