Describe the bug No navigation between pages (pagination)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to workouts
  2. Click on exercise library and workout programs
  3. Scroll down
  4. See error

exercise lib is static but workouts need a pagination I will fix that soon.
