Create Chinese Lang File #1

This is an awsome mod! Thank you to bring it to us! Here are the langurage file for Chinese. And I've found that the primal peal in the TB has no language string in en_us file. Then I wonder if I can post this mod to MCBBS which is the biggest minecraft forum in china.Of course I'll put the author and the curse link in the post.
