mcmod.info file missing #14

There is no mcmod.info file included with Thaumic Bases 1.3.1710.4.

I have scripts that automatically process mods based on the information in the mcmod.info file... If you could add a mcmod.info file for the next release it would be helpful.

Should be included in this release and other releases from now on. Feel free to open this issue if it stops being there again.
