Some updates:

Added a functional carousel to the landing page - currently it accesses every single model we host (as of 03/12, 4 models). In the future, a function will be written to randomly select 4 non-duplicate models out of all available models and render these on the Carousel.
Added some images to the src/img folder accessed by the landing page. This PR still contains old gplates images (may be causing the conflict with the main branch)
Edited the index_page.css file in the src/pages/contact folder
Edited src/components/ModelList.css to include ModelCarouselItem, which fetches model markdown data, renders them for the carousel, and exports them as individual rendered Carousel panels (these are ultimately fetched in the landing page)
Edited src/components/Carousel.css and src/components/CarouselScroll.css to help with the carousel and carousel panel design CSS commands.

Other additions:

A set of placeholder instructions for uploaders to "Be our MATE" - currently there are some loose instructions to make an issue on GitHub, upload files and make a PR - should these instructions be finalised by end of this week?
A non-functional button in the landing page to "learn more" about MATE - this should be a direct link to the documentation site.
Added the MATE trinity Dan made beside the "Be our MATE" section - can be found by scrolling down the landing page
A "Powered by" section in the landing page with functional AuScope and EarthByte homepages - can add more organisations to this section

I've merged the main branch into this one in order to fix the conflicts in package.json and src/templates/index-page.js.
