Plugin o.m.a.eclipse does not include Libraries in binary build #8

The Libraries directory of plugin org.modeldriven.alf.eclipse is not included in the Binary Build of the plugin Build Configuration (in terms of the Eclipse UI). The directory contains e.g. the Alf Standard Model Library.

The Binary Build contents is defined in org.modeldriven.alf.eclipse/build.properties.
