Invariants panel clean-up

What:

• This issue will clean up the invariants panel by:
  • decreasing font size
  • adding padding
  • changing the order of lowerbound and upperbound (so lowerbound is first)
  • changing lowerbound -> min, upperbound -> max

Why:

• The invariants panel as it stands now is noticeably too large
• Changing the wording and order will ideally increase readability

How to measure completeness:

• This is largely up to the opinion of Tony, Yuriy, and Ivan. If it looks better and completes the above, we are all set.
