PDP with 2 variables #557

Firstly, wonderful package. It's really opened my eyes.

I was wondering if there is a method to creating Partial Dependence Plots that look at 2 variables like the below image Which is taken from https://christophm.github.io/interpretable-ml-book/pdp.html figure 8.4

Potentially, I've misunderstood how the model_profile function works but I don't seem to be able to get it to do what I want.
