No argument list returned #174

I used to be able to run a MS command, without arguments, and it would tell me what the list of possible arguments are. It doesn't do this anymore.

Is this in the Model-SEED-core installation? I don't think we're going to continue supporting the new ms commands in the Model-SEED-core installation. We're moving that system over to the new ModelSEED repo: https://github.com/ModelSEED/ModelSEED

Yea, I was contacted by Pam's graduate student, Cathleen, she was trying to figure out how to run the commands in the old Model-SEED-core, and it doesn't give you the options anymore, what should I tell her, wait for the new system?

Paul,

As soon as you 'nix install script is ready, can you prepare instructions on installing the new distribution in windows, OSX, and Linux? Then send this out to all people on the Model SEED basecamp.

Chris
