Balancing 400+ or so reactions for water content. Spot-checked a few, but there's a chance that a compound formula is missing a hydroxyl group, would require extensive manual curation to be sure.

No errors. double-checked a few reactions for their new obsolescence. Ran "./Merge_Reactions.py" to find if any changes leads to reactions becoming obsolete or not. Ran "./Check_Template_Reactions.py" to see if it impacts core/gram/plant templates and it doesn't.
