After all the changes made with the curation a few weeks ago, it came to my attention that the TSV and the JSON files were not synchronized, this update fixes that. In short, every change to the biochemistry should be tested by running Scripts/Biochemistry/Reprint_Biochemistry.py to make sure that the data in the JSON matches the data in the TSV.
