class (wherein a generic or lumped compound/reaction is representative of one or more specific compounds/reactions), context (wherein a compound or reaction was added depending on the context of the imported metabolic reconstruction), and step (wherein a reaction is in fact a sub-reaction listed for a particular enzyme)
