Sanitizing reaction aliases #153

There were a lot of KEGG and BioCyc aliases from a prior iteration of the biochemistry that had embedded information on compound conversion and compartments, as we've moved to a neutral biochemistry, I removed the embedded information so that the aliases are that of the original.
