Refining structures #162

I found that there were some 250 compounds whose structure could be better chosen based on rules governing conflicts in connectivity and structure, since none of these concerned conflicts in formula, rebalancing the reactions did not change anything.

The failed checks are for newly duplicated structures, we will review these at some point
