They are aggregated in Biochemistry/Structures/Structures.tsv. Will want to re-organize, but this is a start.

I forgot about this. This pull request basically consolidated work done earlier this summer on Aliases, InChI/SMILE strings, and finding conflicts. The conflict files could be removed.
