Adding biochemistry reformatted as JSONs #70

These JSON objects are not intended to be loaded anywhere, they are a "pure" dump of the biochemistry as loaded from the TSV files directly. We're going to use them to help visualize changes in individual records.

I'm going to merge this now because I want to test with my latest code for reaction balancing, once checks pass.
