D7.1.1 Dissemination Plan #109

This is an issue of the task : T7.1 Dissemination Plan (OBEO + UNIT + LORIA + KS + ALL)

A comprehensive Dissemination Plan will be designed providing the overall communication strategy and indicating the list of schedules activities to be performed throughout the project together with all the required procedural and evaluation mechanisms. In a way to spread the word with efficient arguments, some wording elements will be created. As several domains of usage of ModelWriter have been identified, the wording will be different for each community. For example, the dissemination kit for Eclipse community will very technical, and the dissemination kit for aerospace industry will be mostly uses cases oriented. The dissemination will start very early in the planning of ModelWriter because there is a real time-to-market on the synchronized documentation market and it is a priority to be the leader and the de-facto standard for this approach. As this is a disruptive technology, it will also be useful to start to convince potential customers to launch some proof of concept, and so, win a precise delay for commercial exploitation. As the dissemination plan needs to prepare the commercialisation, a part of this plan will promote the expertise of all ModelWriter’s participants. Specially, the Open Source components need to route a part of professional users to commercial offers.

We have started writing the Dissemination Plan.

For this aim we have initialized a list of actions to do. We need your contribution so please add your additional actions, complete or comment the existing.

Hi Marwa,

You are supposed to create new sub tasks and deliverables at WP7 (its own repository). This repository (project management) only includes the deliverables that we submitted in the FPP.

So, I suggest to move the last two deliverables "[OBEO+UNIT] Product website" and "[OBEO+ALL] Product Forum" under WP7.

On the other hand, we can state these deliverables as part of deliverable list of WP7 in the FPP. But we need to submit another CR for this.

What is your opinion?

Hello Ferhat, Sorry for the mess, yes of course the specific new tasks must be under the WP7 but partners are filtering the list in the Project-Management so they will not see this tasks easily.. is their any other solution ?

PS: There is no need to make a CR for this, the dissemination plan objective is to define actions TODO during the project life cycle and may change frequently ...
