Urgent: Preparing time frame and draft agenda for the 1st ITEA review meeting #92

Closed m-challenger closed 8 years ago

m-challenger commented 9 years ago

We need to invitation the reviewers, with the time frame and draft agenda (see detailed review guidelines, cf. https://itea3.org/community/publication/overview/category-2/type-15.html): This is already one week late (if I’m not wrong). So, we should provide a time frame and an agenda for the ITEA review meeting.

The following persons will attend and should be put as addressees (see calendar item on the ITEA Community website):

The project review for ModelWriter will take place on the 24th of September in Brussels. As a reminder, §4 of the review guidelines (cf. https://itea3.org/community/publication/overview/category-2/type-15.html) indicates several deadlines that relate to project reviews. Applied to your project review, these deadlines become the followings:

The meeting location: Eureka Secretariat, Neerveldstraat 107, 1200 Brussels, Belgium (you may also look for “Eureka Secretariat, Rue Neerveld, Bruxelles, Belgique” on Google Maps) It is already indicated on the review page (https://itea3.org/community/calendar/view/1867.html).

Also, we should ensure that the list of meeting attendees remains up-to-date on the ITEA community website (if necessary, by asking participants to register to the website if they don't yet have an account). Direct link to this list: https://itea3.org/community/calendar/view/1867.html#attendees (ensure attendees confirm their presence, too, on this website)

NB: in particular, you can use the “Select attendees from project” button on the page mentioned above.

Finally, ITEA strongly encourages us to check the latest version of the ITEA project review guidelines (not to hesitate to recheck the online version a couple of weeks before the review, as updates may occur): https://itea3.org/community/publication/overview/category-2/type-15.html

Dear @ClaireEMG,

You can use the template of this presentation:

https://github.com/ModelWriter/WP7/blob/master/Documents/ModelWriter%20Presentation%20v3.0.pptx

Since the slides of partners need to be merged and integrated, it would be good to have them at least one week before the review.

Thanks.

Ferhat
