Open benel opened 1 year ago
I've tried to build from source (with OpenJDK 1.8) but in vain.
Why is macOS no more supported?
Please note that users found a workaround with Docker: https://hub.docker.com/r/benel/modelio
However a real support would be far better.
FYI, I have also made a docker image with Modelio, but without the need to use XQuartz: a web browser is used instead. See https://gitlab-research.centralesupelec.fr/my-docker-images/docker-webtop-uml-java/-/tree/icewm
Any updates on this issue?
I cloned from github, and have the project in my Eclipse IDE. BUT: I can not figure how to start it. Three main methods are basically "test methods" for small subsets of the application, nor is there a launch configuration. And the wiki is not helpful either: "click the Modelio shortcut", erm ... what is a "shortcut"?
It would be very nice to solve the macOS installation.
We decided to switch to Papyrus but its user interface is not as user-friendly as the one of modelio (for UML diagrams) and using Modelio in a VM is not very convenient.
Is there any plan of supporting macOS again?
I'm a big fan of Modelio (and of its ancestor) since the beginning.

If I remember right I got a demo CD of Objecteering at INFORSID'2000!</oldGuyNote >
But I'm on a mac, and one third of my students are too...
