Allow downloading a version of an entity as a COMBINE Archive (#26)
Allow uploading a COMBINE Archive to make (a new version of) an entity - probably by replacing any existing files

In particular, would like to re-upload files downloaded from the weblab (e.g. protocols, which often consist of multiple files)
