Would be nice if we saw any CellML errors before experiments were run

What kinds of checks do you want?

Most of the errors that arise when running a protocol are dependent on the particular protocol definition...

Just running the unaltered model through PyCml or cellmlmanip (esp. once we make it more stringent) to see if it's error free.
