Add an easy way to export and imports lots of models/protocols simultaneously #386

Use cases:

downloading a few models and protocols to test fc with locally
setting up a realistic dev server -- the number of models/protocols/experiments affects run-time of queries, so this needs to be checked

unfortunately as we are using files & the git epo behind the scenes I think it's not quite so straightforward. For the stuff in the database we can create some data migrations I think

I don't mind if it doesn't preserve the git data, so we could still just get the non-git files from the repo dir when exporting, and create a brand new repo when importing
