Update experimental protocol syntax #25

Need to find a balance between free-form code and the current rigorous syntax.

Current ideas:

  1. Sandboxed, monitored Python
  2. Simplified version of the current syntax

Option 1 seems to have a lot of advantages (if we can set it up). But if we do this, how much are we really doing for reproducibility (would the effect not be the roughly same as if a journal just forced everyone to upload in Python?)
