Some things to do to make it easier to switch between the two:

[ ] Import and export CellML in Myokit, without destroying annotations
[ ] Use oxmeta annotations for Myokit binds/labels?
[ ] Write a WebLabSimulation class that can run simulations using the web lab cython solver
[ ] Make it possible to test web lab protocol files (whatever they may be) in Myokit
