It might help to note that this question is specific to TKGI as GCE and Azure are not supported for TKGm (yet).
Since Harbor is only included with TKGs and TKGI (for now), it might be worth noting that in this question as well.
This one threw me as you can use the tkg cli to install a Tanzu Kubernetes cluster on vSphere 7 if vSphere 7 with Kubernetes is already configured. I agree that the answer noted as being correct is the best one but maybe the wording could be worked with to make it clearer?
vSphere 7 (without vSphere 7 with Kubernetes) is actually supported now (see https://jira.eng.vmware.com/browse/TKG-2158 for details). We should see this reflected in the docs soon.
