Update memaster with latest upstream/development #144

Please note that the reference values for test_two_embedded_cylinders_scraping was updated due to the change included in this update to use a real distance function instead of the implicit function when scraping particles.

After this merge the difference between our fork and upstream development (in WarpX) is:

The current differences are due to the parser evaluation function (for time dependent functions) and Schottky enhancement.
