Steps to reproduce

If you try to turn off the media flyout feature option will get hung the application and the application stopped working everytime. It is been more than 1 year I'm facing this issue

✔️ Expected Behavior

It Supose to turn off when it is toggled

Samme bug present on my Windows 11 23H2 laptop. Modern Flyouts app version 0.9.3.0.
