I tried in 3 different games.

The Pirate: Plague of the Dead
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Cyberpunk 2077

Showed in all three.

Windows 11 X64 Pro 21H2 (22000.71)

@ioslide can you share your setup? Keyboard, any keyboard remapping software, windows version, etc.

@JohnLGalt @Cyberdroid1 @yume-chan @Arno500 Windows version: Win11 X64 PRO 21H2 (22000.71) Game : Apex Legends Keyboard: Logitech G913 Bug: Caps lock, Num lock , Scroll lock,Insert doesn't appears when game fullscreen, only show audio flyout

Out of curiosity, where do you have your flyouts showing (the location), and have you tried a different position?

Also, do you have any other OSD programs also running concurrently when playing AL?

I have noticed that if I have Task Manager in focus, the capslock, numlock flyouts would not appear, but audio and brightness flyouts appear. I am guessing this is a similar behaviour.
