Function names misleading/confusing

Hey,

Some functions have unclear names or are misleading. Here is a list of functions having the above issue:

• sass/helpers/modern-map/
  • functions/
  • functions.sass:
    • modern-map (line 5) -> should be is-in-map or similar
    • test mixin (line 83) -> name should be clearer
  • mixin/
  • mixin_make-modern-map.sass:
    • make-modern-map (line 1) -> should be add-to-modern-map [difference here is that you don't recreate the map, you add values to it]

Woops left over code from a test. Removed now.

modern-map and map-search have too much cross over as independent functions and need to be merged into one.
