[BUG] 错误的环境变量设置 #1

我在修 API_BACKEND这个变量我目前不知道是干什么用的，而且不加NEXT_PUBLIC_前缀是不能被前端获取的，而且这变量只出现在book相关的客户端渲染上下文中，应该是有问题的
