Publishing has been massively dejanked.
Submodules for prod releases now publish to net.modificationstation,stationapi.StationAPI.submodule due to prod release versions containing periods, which caused weird folder structures.
That's it, really, everything else should work exactly like it used to, just with less redundant defines and a easier to follow script.
